New Orleans 2002 Reunion

IT''S REUNION TIME!!

 

 
WHERE:

The reunion will be at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans (300 Bourbon Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, Phone: 504-586-0300)

WHO:
As in the past, although the focus of the reunion is the membership of the Londoner alumni group (if you’re not a member and are from the classes of ‘66 through ’74 we would love for you to join), membership in the group is not required to attend the reunion and alumni from other years are welcome.

HOW MUCH:
Registration is $135 per person.

WHAT DOES THAT GET ME?
The reunion will start with a reception Friday night from 6:30 to 10:00. They will be providing us with some serious Cajun / Seafood munchies including a Seafood Station, a Carving Station, a Cheese Station, Hors D’Oeuvres, and a Desert Station to enjoy while catching up with everyone (click here to see the Friday Menu ). Of course there will also be a cash bar. At 10:00, those who aren’t willing to stop can move to the Hospitality Suite with its long balcony to continue the party.

On Saturday we will open the hospitality suite again for those who want to hang around as opposed to exploring the French Quarter.We will also try to have a poolside room available for those wanting some pool time.

The dinner dance will start at 6:30 with a cocktail hour (cash bar). The Prime Rib dinner (vegetarian alternative available) will be followed by dancing till midnight (click here to see the Saturday Menu ). Music hasn’t been determined yet. It will be a DJ or, if we get enough people coming, we might be able to swing a really hot Blues and R&B dance band that Brett Brunson knows (yes, this would be my choice).
For those able to get up on Sunday morning there will be coffee, juice, and continental type stuff in the hospitality suite or you can take advantage of the hotel’s renowned champagne brunch - your choice.

If it will help, you can pay half now and send the balance to her by May 21st. If you will be unable to get into town in time for the Friday reception, give Gigi a call and she can adjust the registration fee.
